Description

Crispy marinated tomato and burrata pizza topped with creamy burrata, sweet marinated cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large ball burrata cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, torn

Instructions

  1. Marinate tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 475°F with stone or baking sheet inside.
  3. Stretch dough and top with mozzarella.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
  5. Top with burrata and marinated tomatoes.
  6. Finish with basil and slice.
