- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large ball burrata cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, torn
Instructions
- Marinate tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 475°F with stone or baking sheet inside.
- Stretch dough and top with mozzarella.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
- Top with burrata and marinated tomatoes.
- Finish with basil and slice.
