- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- 3/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Lettuce leaves (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes (optional).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sliced celery, halved grapes, and toasted walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the fruit and nut mixture. Toss gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Stir before serving. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce or in bowls.
