Description

  • Ladyfinger cookies (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in the cooled brewed coffee and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  6. Sift cocoa powder evenly over the surface.
