Description

Flaky sweet potato crescent bites filled with creamy mashed sweet potato and warm spices, baked until golden and perfect for entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 large sweet potato, cooked and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix mashed sweet potato, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together.
  4. Spread sweet potato mixture evenly over dough.
  5. Roll into a log and slice into 1 inch rounds.
  6. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
