- 1 large sweet potato, cooked and mashed
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix mashed sweet potato, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll crescent dough and press seams together.
- Spread sweet potato mixture evenly over dough.
- Roll into a log and slice into 1 inch rounds.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
