- 1 large loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach, sautéed
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add spinach and sauté until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Place French bread halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over each half. Top with sautéed spinach, then sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top. Add Italian seasoning if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

- Toast the bread slightly before adding toppings to keep it crisp.
- Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent sogginess.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
