Description

This Spinach Alfredo French Bread Pizza is the ultimate easy comfort food. Crispy French bread, creamy Alfredo sauce, melty cheese, and sautéed spinach all come together for a fast and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, sautéed
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add spinach and sauté until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Place French bread halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over each half. Top with sautéed spinach, then sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top. Add Italian seasoning if using.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

  • Toast the bread slightly before adding toppings to keep it crisp.
  • Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent sogginess.
