Description

A fresh shrimp Caesar salad with crisp romaine, juicy grilled shrimp, creamy dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crunchy croutons.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cook shrimp in a hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. Place chopped romaine in a large bowl.
  4. Toss lettuce with Caesar dressing.
  5. Top with cooked shrimp, shaved Parmesan, and croutons.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcook shrimp.
  • Assemble just before serving.
  • Store components separately if making ahead.
  • Add extra Parmesan for stronger flavor.
