- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook shrimp in a hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Place chopped romaine in a large bowl.
- Toss lettuce with Caesar dressing.
- Top with cooked shrimp, shaved Parmesan, and croutons.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp.
- Assemble just before serving.
- Store components separately if making ahead.
- Add extra Parmesan for stronger flavor.
