- 1 pound ground sausage
- 3 cups cubed day old bread
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried sage

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease muffin tin.
- Cook ground sausage in skillet until browned and drain excess fat.
- Combine sausage, bread cubes, onion, celery, sage, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken broth and mix gently until moist.
- Spoon mixture into muffin tin and press lightly.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden and crisp on edges.
- Serve warm with cranberry sauce.
