Description

These classic no-bake Rum Balls are soft, chocolatey, and perfect for holidays or anytime you need a quick, crowd-pleasing treat. Coated in cocoa, coconut, or sprinkles, they’re rich, indulgent, and easy to customize.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups crushed digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, or sprinkles (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Stir until the mixture forms a sticky, moldable dough.
  3. Line a tray or plate with parchment paper.
  4. Roll small amounts of the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  5. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Roll the chilled balls in your chosen coating: coconut, cocoa, or sprinkles.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!

Notes

  • Wet your hands slightly while rolling to prevent sticking.
  • Let the dough chill if it’s too soft to shape.
  • Use different coatings to match holidays or themes.
