Description

Crunchy ramen snack mix made with broken ramen noodles, pretzels, cereal, and nuts tossed in a savory butter and soy sauce seasoning, then baked until golden and crisp. Perfect for parties and everyday snacking.

  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Break the ramen noodles into bite sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add mini pretzels, Rice Chex cereal, and mixed nuts to the bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
