- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cubed
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cut puff pastry into squares and press into muffin cups.
- Add a cube of brie to each cup and sprinkle with pumpkin spice and pecans if using.
- Brush pastry edges with beaten egg.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with hot honey and serve warm.
