Description

A creamy no bake Italian dessert layered with mascarpone, coffee soaked ladyfingers, and rich pistachio cream. Smooth, nutty, and perfectly chilled for an elegant finish.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup pistachio cream spread
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Ensure your 9×9 inch dish is clean and ready for layering.
  2. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, gently mix mascarpone and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until light and fully combined.
  5. Spread a thin layer of mascarpone mixture on the bottom of the dish.
  6. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into cooled coffee and arrange in a single layer in the dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  8. Drizzle half of the pistachio cream spread evenly over the layer.
  9. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone mixture, and remaining pistachio cream.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours to allow layers to set.
  11. Before serving, sprinkle finely chopped pistachios evenly over the top.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best flavor and clean slices.
  • Do not oversoak the ladyfingers to prevent soggy texture.
  • Use high quality pistachio cream for richer flavor.
