- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces beef steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Sauté beef in a skillet until just browned, then remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, cook onions, peppers, and garlic until softened. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to parchment paper. Brush edges with olive oil.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the dough. Top with beef and sautéed vegetables, then finish with remaining cheese.
- Slide pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

Notes
- Chill beef before slicing for thinner cuts.
- Shred your own cheese for better melting and flavor.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven to keep the crust crisp.
