Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add the sugar while mixing until stiff, glossy peaks develop.
  3. Gently fold in the cornstarch, white vinegar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping a round with a shallow dip in the center.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes, then turn off the oven and allow the meringue to cool completely inside.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Top the cooled meringue with whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries just before serving.
