- 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread, cut into bite sized cubes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted butter over the bread cubes and toss until evenly coated.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss again until well combined.
- Spread the coated bread cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and lightly crisp.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if using.
- Serve warm.
