- 2 cups full fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Strain yogurt with salt 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat olive oil and gently cook garlic.
- Add tomatoes and cook until softened and bursting.
- Spread labneh on plate.
- Spoon warm tomatoes and oil over labneh.
- Sprinkle mint and pepper before serving.
Notes
- Use full fat yogurt for best texture.
- Serve immediately after topping.
- Store labneh separately up to 3 days.
