- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup kimchi, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices sourdough or sandwich bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F or set broiler to high.
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped kimchi, mayonnaise, green onion, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Place bread slices on a baking sheet and lightly toast for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Spread tuna mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or broil for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
