Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce, then chop into bite sized pieces.

- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
