Description

A rich and creamy chocolate mousse made with Greek yogurt and protein powder, perfect for a quick high protein dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (about 60 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Blend using a hand mixer or blender until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into two serving bowls or ramekins.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to thicken.
  5. Stir gently before serving and enjoy.

Notes

  • Sift cocoa powder before mixing to avoid lumps.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste before chilling.
