- 1 pound pizza dough, divided into small rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high and oil grates.
- Roll dough into small thin rounds and brush with olive oil.
- Grill one side 2 to 3 minutes until grill marks form.
- Flip and top with tomato slices and feta. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill 3 to 4 more minutes until crust is cooked and feta softens.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm tomatoes.
