Description
Simple and juicy grilled peaches brushed with honey and lightly sprinkled with cinnamon, caramelized to perfection with beautiful grill marks.

- 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat, about 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and honey until combined.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the honey and oil mixture.
- Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon if using.
- Place peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Flip and grill for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until slightly softened but still holding shape.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with a small pinch of salt.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm to avoid mushiness.
- Do not overcook, as they can become too soft.
