Description

Simple and juicy grilled peaches brushed with honey and lightly sprinkled with cinnamon, caramelized to perfection with beautiful grill marks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat, about 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and honey until combined.
  4. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the honey and oil mixture.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon if using.
  6. Place peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until grill marks appear.
  7. Flip and grill for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until slightly softened but still holding shape.
  8. Remove from grill and sprinkle with a small pinch of salt.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm to avoid mushiness.
  • Do not overcook, as they can become too soft.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
