Classic grilled clam bake foil packs filled with fresh clams, baby potatoes, sweet corn, and smoky sausage, all steamed together in buttery seasoned juices for an easy coastal inspired meal.

- 2 pounds fresh clams, scrubbed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into rounds
- 12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine baby potatoes, corn rounds, sliced sausage, melted butter, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Lay out large sheets of heavy duty foil.
- Divide the potato mixture evenly among the foil sheets.
- Top each portion with fresh clams.
- Fold the foil tightly around the ingredients to seal completely.
- Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for 18 to 22 minutes until the clams open and the potatoes are tender.
- Carefully open the packets, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Discard any clams that are cracked or do not open after cooking.
- Seal the foil tightly to trap steam for proper cooking.
- Slice potatoes evenly so they cook through.
- Seafood is best enjoyed fresh and should not be stored for more than two days.
