Description

Sweet roasted corn brushed with garlic butter and topped with crumbled feta and sliced chilies. A vibrant, flavor-packed side dish perfect for summer gatherings or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 12 Red Chilies, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • Lime Wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil or prep grill grates with oil.
  4. Brush garlic butter generously over the corn cobs.
  5. Roast or grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred and tender.
  6. Remove from heat and top with crumbled feta, sliced chilies, and chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve warm with lime wedges on the side.

  • Use fresh corn for best flavor and texture.
