Description
A fresh and colorful fruit salad made with watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, and a squeeze of lime.

- 3 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups pineapple, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Wash and cut all fruit into bite sized pieces.
- Add watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and grapes to a large bowl.
- Drizzle lime juice over the fruit.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Stir lightly and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm fruit.
- Add softer fruit last to avoid crushing.
- Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
- Add fresh mint for variation.
