Description

A fresh and colorful fruit salad made with watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, and a squeeze of lime.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups pineapple, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut all fruit into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and grapes to a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle lime juice over the fruit.
  4. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Stir lightly and serve chilled.
