- 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup strawberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 medium kiwi, peeled and finely chopped
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and ensure it sits flat in the freezer.
- In a mixing bowl, stir Greek yogurt and honey together until smooth and evenly combined.
- Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoon portions of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper, spacing them evenly.
- Gently flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Top each yogurt round with chopped strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi pieces.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 2 to 3 hours until completely firm.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
- Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy.
