Description

Refreshing Fro-Yo Fruit Bites made with creamy Greek yogurt and topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi, then frozen into perfect bite-sized treats.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 medium kiwi, peeled and finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and ensure it sits flat in the freezer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir Greek yogurt and honey together until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoon portions of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper, spacing them evenly.
  4. Gently flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Top each yogurt round with chopped strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi pieces.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 2 to 3 hours until completely firm.
  7. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
  8. Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy.

Notes

  • Pat fruit dry before adding to prevent ice crystals.
  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 1 minute if too firm before eating.
