Description

A rich and creamy espresso martini fudge made with smooth chocolate and bold espresso flavor, finished with a light cocoa dusting for an elegant, coffeehouse inspired treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine semi sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in instant espresso powder and vanilla extract until fully dissolved and evenly combined.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Gently tap the pan on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
  7. Lightly dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  9. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into 16 squares.
  10. Serve chilled or allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
