Description

Fun and nostalgic Dunkaroo Protein Bites made with vanilla protein powder, almond flour, peanut butter, and colorful sprinkles for a sweet no bake snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons natural sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla protein powder and almond flour.
  2. Add creamy peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk to the bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until a thick dough forms. If the mixture feels too dry, add the remaining tablespoon of milk gradually until a rollable consistency is achieved.
  4. Fold in 2 tablespoons of natural sprinkles.
  5. Line a small plate or tray with parchment paper.
  6. Roll the dough into 12 evenly sized balls using your hands or a small scoop.
  7. Roll each ball in the remaining 1 tablespoon of sprinkles to coat.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • Add milk gradually to control texture and prevent the dough from becoming too soft.
  • Chill the mixture before rolling if it feels sticky.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze for up to 2 months and thaw briefly before serving.
