- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons natural sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla protein powder and almond flour.
- Add creamy peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk to the bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until a thick dough forms. If the mixture feels too dry, add the remaining tablespoon of milk gradually until a rollable consistency is achieved.
- Fold in 2 tablespoons of natural sprinkles.
- Line a small plate or tray with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into 12 evenly sized balls using your hands or a small scoop.
- Roll each ball in the remaining 1 tablespoon of sprinkles to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving for best texture.
Notes
- Add milk gradually to control texture and prevent the dough from becoming too soft.
- Chill the mixture before rolling if it feels sticky.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
