Description

A slow cooker holiday candy made with peanuts and layers of melted chocolate that turns into an irresistibly crunchy, sweet, and salty treat perfect for gifting or sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces raw peanuts
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Set the slow cooker to low heat and ensure it is clean and completely dry.
  2. Add the raw peanuts, milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips directly into the slow cooker.
  3. Cover with the lid and allow the mixture to heat without stirring for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and gently stir until the peanuts are evenly coated with melted chocolate.
  5. Cover again and continue cooking on low for another 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Spoon the chocolate peanut mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in clusters.
  7. Allow the candy to cool and set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • Always cook on low to prevent scorching the chocolate.
  • Stir gently to keep the peanuts intact and glossy.
  • Let the candy fully set before breaking apart for best texture.
