Ingredients

- 2 cans (15 ounces each) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 to 4 tablespoons water, as needed
Instructions
- Add drained and rinsed white beans to a food processor.
- Add minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add water one tablespoon at a time until the dip reaches a creamy and smooth consistency.
- Continue blending until silky and fully combined.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
- Serve with vegetables, crackers, or pita.
Notes
- Rinse beans thoroughly to remove excess sodium.
- Blend longer for extra smooth texture.
- Adjust lemon juice to taste for brightness.
