Instructions
- Steam cauliflower florets and garlic cloves for 10–12 minutes, or until soft.
- Transfer to a food processor or blender.
- Add butter, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth, adding milk one tablespoon at a time if needed.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and garnish with herbs if desired.
