Description

Cranberry brie pull-apart bread filled with melted brie and sweet tart cranberry sauce. A festive and shareable appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 large round sourdough or crusty bread loaf
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped, optional
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut bread loaf in a crosshatch pattern without slicing through the bottom.
  3. Tuck brie slices evenly into the cuts.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce into the cuts between bread sections.
  5. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle rosemary if using.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not cut all the way through the loaf.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
  • Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
