Cranberry brie pull-apart bread filled with melted brie and sweet tart cranberry sauce. A festive and shareable appetizer.

- 1 large round sourdough or crusty bread loaf
- 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped, optional
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut bread loaf in a crosshatch pattern without slicing through the bottom.
- Tuck brie slices evenly into the cuts.
- Spoon cranberry sauce into the cuts between bread sections.
- Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle rosemary if using.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Do not cut all the way through the loaf.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
- Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
