Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter using a fork or pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

- Scoop heaping spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
