- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk for drizzle

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it holds together when pressed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small one inch balls.
- Place the bites on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
- In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze lightly over the chilled bites.
- Allow the drizzle to set before serving.
