- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Line an 8 by 8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Remove from pan, slice into squares, and serve.
Notes
- Use low heat to avoid scorching the chocolate.
