Description

Rich, creamy chocolate peanut butter fudge made with simple pantry ingredients, smooth in texture and perfectly balanced between sweet chocolate and nutty peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt


Instructions

  1. Line an 8 by 8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Remove from pan, slice into squares, and serve.
