- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- 4 fresh radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 to 3 ounces caviar
- Fresh chives, optional
Instructions
- Mix softened butter with white miso paste until smooth.
- Toast bread slices at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden and crisp.
- Slice radishes thinly.
- Spread miso butter evenly over toasted bread.
- Layer radish slices on top.
- Add a small spoonful of caviar to each toast.
- Garnish with chopped chives if desired and serve immediately.
