- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
- Toss baby carrots with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm with remaining glaze spooned over the top.
