Description

Tender balsamic roasted baby carrots with caramelized edges and a sweet tangy glaze. A simple and elegant side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Toss baby carrots with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Roast 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Serve warm with remaining glaze spooned over the top.
