- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Place tilapia fillets on the baking sheet and pat them dry.
- Brush or spoon the seasoning mixture evenly over each fillet. Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite sides.
