- 400 grams canned white beans, drained and rinsed
- 240 grams artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace and gather ingredients.
- In a large bowl combine tuna, white beans, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss gently until evenly coated.

- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
