- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Toss kale with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove immediately and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Dry kale thoroughly before adding oil.
- Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Reheat briefly in air fryer if chips lose crispness.
