- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the corn evenly with the butter-oil mixture.
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove and brush with more butter if desired. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
