Description

This air fryer corn on the cob delivers juicy, golden kernels with a lightly crisped exterior. It’s quick, easy, and bursting with buttery flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the corn evenly with the butter-oil mixture.
  4. Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove and brush with more butter if desired. Sprinkle with parsley.
