- Cream cheese 400 g
- Sweetened condensed milk 300 g
- Canned mandarins 300 g drained
- Graham cracker crumbs 200 g
- Unsalted butter 100 g melted
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in condensed milk.
- Fold in half of the mandarins gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Arrange remaining mandarins on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Drain mandarins very well to avoid excess moisture.
- Chill overnight for best texture.
