Description

A creamy no bake cheesecake with bright mandarin flavor made using just five simple ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Cream cheese 400 g
  • Sweetened condensed milk 300 g
  • Canned mandarins 300 g drained
  • Graham cracker crumbs 200 g
  • Unsalted butter 100 g melted


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in condensed milk.
  4. Fold in half of the mandarins gently.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Arrange remaining mandarins on top.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Drain mandarins very well to avoid excess moisture.
  • Chill overnight for best texture.
