- 1 cup plain hummus
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Before draining, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta cooking water.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the same pot over low heat.
- Add the hummus, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice to the warm pasta.
- Pour in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water and stir continuously until a smooth and creamy sauce forms that coats the pasta evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste and adjust the lemon juice if needed.
- Serve immediately while warm and creamy.
