Instructions
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, flaxseed, vanilla, and salt. Stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Form balls: Using your hands, roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Chill: Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
