  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds

  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions
