Description

A vibrant and refreshing Korean-style punch made with juicy watermelon, fizzy soda, and a splash of soju, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium seedless watermelon
  • 1 bottle (350–375ml) soju
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 12 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Scoop watermelon into balls using a melon baller and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add lemon slices and fresh mint leaves to the bowl.
  3. Pour in the soju and gently stir to mix.
  4. Add lemon-lime soda and sweetened condensed milk (if using), then stir gently.
  5. Add ice cubes just before serving to keep the punch cold.
  6. Ladle into individual cups and garnish with extra mint or lemon as desired.

Notes

  • Use chilled ingredients to keep the punch refreshing and cool.
  • Skip the soju for a non-alcoholic version and replace with sparkling water.
  • Prepare watermelon and citrus in advance, but mix just before serving to retain fizz.
