- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix marinara sauce with Italian seasoning and set aside. Prepare all toppings.
- Unroll crescent dough and lay triangles flat on a clean surface.
- On the wide end of each triangle, add marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
- Roll triangles from wide end to tip, tucking edges slightly.
- Place rolls on prepared sheet, brush with egg, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving with extra marinara if desired.
