Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with gooey mozzarella, zesty marinara, and classic pepperoni, these Pizza Croissants are the perfect mash-up of two comfort food favorites.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix marinara sauce with Italian seasoning and set aside. Prepare all toppings.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and lay triangles flat on a clean surface.
  4. On the wide end of each triangle, add marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
  5. Roll triangles from wide end to tip, tucking edges slightly.
  6. Place rolls on prepared sheet, brush with egg, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with extra marinara if desired.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill to avoid messy leaks.
  • Customize fillings with veggies or different cheeses.
  • To reheat, use a toaster oven to keep them crisp.
