Description

This creamy, zesty pink dip is a copycat of the famous Texas Love Dip, packed with smooth cream cheese, tangy jalapeños, and a hint of spice. It’s a bold, crowd-pleasing favorite for parties, snacks, or spreads.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)


Instructions

  1. Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth blending.
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, tomato paste, pickled jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. If using cilantro, stir it in at the end.
  5. Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more pickled jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne.
  • This dip tastes even better the next day as the flavors meld.
