- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth blending.
- In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, tomato paste, pickled jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lime juice, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If using cilantro, stir it in at the end.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more pickled jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne.
