Fresh Fruits
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
Coconut Milk
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
Sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Fruits: Start by peeling and chopping your chosen fresh fruits into small pieces. This will help them blend more easily and create a smooth consistency.
- Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the chopped fruits, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Swirl It Up: Pour half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Drizzle a bit of the remaining mixture on top and use a knife to create swirls, then add the remaining mixture and swirl again.
- Freeze: Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
Notes
- Use ripe fruits for the best flavor and sweetness.
- Modify sugar levels based on the sweetness of your fruits to suit your taste.
- Freeze in smaller portions for easy access throughout the summer.
- If your blender struggles, work in smaller batches to ensure a smooth blend.
- Mix and match different fruit combinations for new flavors!
