Description

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy, then mix in egg, vanilla, and red food coloring.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in chocolate chips and chunks.
  4. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop dough onto the tray, leaving space for spreading.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
