- 2 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, chili garlic sauce, olive oil, paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Place the chicken thighs in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side, brushing with extra marinade as it cooks, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime, then serve hot.
