Description

  • 14 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 10 minutes until golden on the edges.
  3. Push potatoes to one side of the skillet and add onions and garlic to the other, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in smoked sausage slices and allow them to brown slightly.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, then pour over the sausage and potatoes.
  6. Toss gently and cook for 3–4 minutes until the glaze thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
