- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and evenly combined.
- Wash, dry, and slice the fresh strawberries evenly.
- Spoon a layer of the sweetened yogurt into the bottom of each serving glass or jar.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries and a light sprinkle of granola.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill briefly before serving.
Notes
- Pat strawberries dry before layering to prevent excess moisture.
- Add granola just before serving if preparing ahead to keep it crunchy.
