Description

A fresh and creamy layered Strawberry Yogurt Cup made with thick Greek yogurt, sweet strawberries, honey, and crunchy granola. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and evenly combined.
  2. Wash, dry, and slice the fresh strawberries evenly.
  3. Spoon a layer of the sweetened yogurt into the bottom of each serving glass or jar.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries and a light sprinkle of granola.
  7. Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

  • Pat strawberries dry before layering to prevent excess moisture.
  • Add granola just before serving if preparing ahead to keep it crunchy.
  • Taste the yogurt mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Store assembled cups without granola for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
